How do I pay for my booking?
Once you get to the hotel, you can pay there using Visa, MarterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club cards. Even tho, we rather paying with cash.
Can my children stay in the room for free?
Even though, children that are 5 years old or under do not pay the reservation cost, there is a $7 charge for breakfast.
Are babysitting services available?
No, we don’t count on babysitting services yet.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The Check In time is at 14:00pm and the Check Out time is at 12:00pm. Even though, we are open about the check in time, depending on your flight arrival.
DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE?
By the moment, we do not count on laundry service, but we can recommed to you several laundry shops that are very near the hotel.
DO YOU HAVE LUGGAGE STORE SERVICE?
Yes, we have luggage service. You can leave your bags in the hotel no time limit. We keep them safe at our luggage room.
